A VISIT TO DOLLYWOOD

ENTRANCE TO DOLLYWOOD

Arrived at the parking for Dollywood and there are acres and acres of parking.  It cost $8.00 to park and then you need to take a shuttle bus as it's just too far to walk.

THE EMPORIUM

It's extremely costly and pretty much a kid's dream of rides and assorted stores to buy candy, toys, etc.   As we were there strictly to get some souvenirs we discovered you can pay to get in and shop at the Emporium and as long as you come back within the hour you get your money back.  We paid our $115.00 to get into the Emporium and found the souvenirs we were looking for.  We had a quick walk around part of the inner area and took some pictures.

CANDY STORE

CAM & DOLLY

ANOTHER SHOP

The grounds are lovely and the entire place is decorated beautifully.  Notice the people made from planter pots.

MADE SOME NEW FRIENDS

THE GRIST MILL

From Dollywood we headed back into town and stopped at Mel's Diner for a bite to eat.

OUT OF THE 50'S

A HAPPY MAN!
